Was sick so couldn’t fly. Tried calling them to cancel my flight. No answer from them. So they cancelled my flight and won’t reimburse me or book another flight. Customers services u have to pay for the phone call. They are rude and abrupt when they do pick up and are no help at all. I lost a thousand pounds over this flight. Worst company in the world. Would not even recommend these to my worst enemy. Rip off company!!!!!!!!!!
