SCAM.
Cancelled flight (which we found out by contacting airline, don't expect any customer service from budget air). No refund after one month of calling and emailing again and again - told it would be processed within the next week, told the airline wasn't responding to their emails.
Raised dispute with bank and got money back same day. Disgusting service. Do not use.
