Having taken their flight insurance I cannot get my money back when our flight was cancelled. I paid £48 for this to be protected on top of £1123 for the flights.
I have made 2 phone calls to their customer services in Holland and sent numerous emails. You just get a response we are looking into this and nothing more!
This has been going on for over a month now. Avoid booking with this company at all costs!
