I cancelled a flight that I accidentally booked twice, because BudgetAir's loading time when I booked the tickets was unloaded, I thought it didn't charge me so I booked it with another agency again. When I realised, I asked BudgetAir to cancel my flight, they agreed, but it's now been 4 months they still haven't given me the refund. I called numerous of times and now they have just told me that they did not send the request to the airline to have refund!! Totally ridiculous I am now searching legal action against them.
