Our 3 flights to Columbia got cancelled last March because of the problems with Boeing. We were reassured in writing that we'll get the money refunded. Our over £1800 are still with Budget airline after numerous e-mail exchanges and phone calls with long waits. You can't get put through to a manager either because 'that is NOT they way they operate' I was told. They don't even deserve 1 star.
