SCAM
SCAM , they give you an option to cancel flight within 24 hours but when you call them, they pick up the phone in less than 1 min. BUT then they put you through to cancelation department which they put you on hold for 3 to 4 hours . they do this so you don't have no chance of solving the issue . thats cheap technic to scamming people .so disappointed and very costly
