I booked my flight from them. The worst customer service ever....Tried to reach them 15 days before my flight, didnt even got a single proper response. Sent them email everyday to both the indian customer service center as well as canadian center and I got all the automatic replies back except the 2 response I got which were like for changing flight you have to pay, every flight has their own changing fee and if you want to change call us.And when you call them the automatic reply over there is due to coronavirus outbreak, we are experiencing higher volume send us email. Where the hell should one go in this case.
I even paid extra for Service Package Premium when I bought the ticket which allows me to waive the administrative fee. Its better to book flight either from direct airlines website or some better website.
