They do NOT deserve any stars. I had to give them at least one so that I can tell ppl how rubbish the Budgetair is. Never buy tickets from them! Yes, coronavirus is causing all airlines problems. But how can you leave customers requests unanswered and just act as if you are doing whatever you can by sending automatic emails for three times 90% all the same?
Glad at the end our airline solved the problems for us. They are not meant to but they did it.
