Left stranded in Australia, Budgetair will not respond to emails
Singapour Airline flight cancelled due to CV
Airline won’t help as their website states I have to go thru agent I booked with
SIA will change ticket to open date but instruction must come from agent who cancelled my booking after I emailed and asked to change to open ticket- SIA site shows booking has been cancelled
Left worried and no help, shocking company DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
