It's been over a month since I canceled my ticket due to coronavirus, and even though the airlines canceled my flight around the end of March, I still haven't got their response or money back. No customer service via the phone or social media. I start feeling like they are not going to give me my money back and it's going to be a long fight. I am dealing with this company for the first and last time.
