The worst experience ever. Very bad communication, zero support. The online reference number for the flight I received from BudgetAir is not recognised by the airline, so I cannot manage my booking, and no one at BudgetAir is available to help. Also, I need to cancel the flight due to the pandemic, but I can only do so via BudgetAir – again, no one responds to my emails, so I am unable to do anything about my flights.
Do not book with BudgetAir, as you will only lose your money.
