Still awaiting delivery so I tried to Track the parcel as per their email. All I got was 'Despatched'. I contacted via Live Chat, got to number 1 in queue and then it said all operators busy try again later. Eventually got through to be told no tracking is available for my parcel. Disgusting company. No way will I ever use them again.
