I ordered a $9.50 seal for a miele washing machine and buyspares sent me a rotary switch for something else! When I advised them that they had made an error, they wanted me to send back the part for credit and reorder the original part over again and incur approx $30 in postage for their mistake!!!. This is a real Mickey mouse operation and anyone who orders from this outfit should have their head examined!!!!
