Ordered a Samsung door seal, paid for next day delivery and opted for local dpd store collection rather than home delivery as it said on buyspares site order up until 9pm for next day noon collection Today, it hasn't even been dispatched. Went on buyspares online chat and exclaimed this and copy and pasted the text and said your website is misleading, incorrect information and was told no its 2pm by one advisor. Went back on and asked another advisor and told it used to be 9pm but yesterday and today its 2pm due to "operational issues". Highly doubt this. I asked to cancel the order at 11:30am and told no you can't its ready for dispatch, but hold on the cutoff is 2pm, so surely I have until 2pm to cancel before its dispatched.
