Ordered a replacement coffee carafe on 12/30/2020 and it never arrived. When I placed the order, I thought it was a UK company that had a base here in the US. Misleading website. No tracking available, no online chat. Fortunately, my card was immediately credited when I contacted my credit card company. Beware!
