I ordered a part and got a confirmation email for the order but when no shipping confirmation came I sent an email. They got back to me to confirm that a shipping confirmation was sent. I checked my spam folder and sure enough there it was. Unfortunately I had already sent a complaint which was responded to next day and even followed up with a international phone call. I must admit after reading all the bad rap here that i jumped to the conclusion these people were not up to scratch. Perhaps now that they have been bought out by a larger company it is time to give them a chance. I must say the part I wanted was a good price and hard to get anywhere else. Shipping cost was good too. But Royal mail for international can take ages. I know people only post when they have a bad experience and all the good experiences wont bother. So here is one just to be fair.
