Customer service really needs to be revised, retrained and their SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) need to be updated to give the customer a stress free experience when something goes wrong as I believe they don’t implement the right procedures when sending out damaged goods and then to have to keep following up on a refund to be passed off saying it’s been processed but has not hit my bank account yet and then blame the bank for it not going through in the promised time!! Really!!!!
