I have rented cars several times through Carjet. Alway positive.If you don't need their support, it's a great car rental broker. But once you need their support, it's very bad. My credit card was charged for 487,- after I returned my car without damage and fully fueled. I returned the car on 08MAR25 and so far they have not been able to tell me why my credit card was charged. Even after several requests, the same answer, we are waiting for Hertz. I prefer not to write reviews like these, but I feel helpless. My legal insurance is currently working on this case.
