I got stuck in a snow ditch and needed towing assistance, only to discover their insurance has hidden clauses. It only covers towing back to their branch or garage after an accident—no roadside assistance! I also wasted a full month chasing after this claim while having to file everything by myself. When I talked to Carjet agents on the phone, they outright said, "There is nothing we can help you" (even on their website said you are "100% fully covered"). When I responded that it seemed like you don't need to do business with me anymore, the agent admitted, "Yes." This shows they’re just money grabbers and don’t expect any return customers.
All I can suggest is : Stay away from this fraudulent business and use the insurance product directly from the rental company—you will have a much better experience and don't have regret like me for sure!!!”

CarJet lures customers with the promise of low car rental prices. At first glance, the savings seem appealing, prompting customers to book a vehicle through their platform. However, upon arriving at the partner agency to collect the car, many customers are met with unwarranted refusals to honor the booking.
For instance, I personally experienced this when CarWiz, a CarJet partner, refused to accept my booking on baseless grounds. Despite providing my ID card and driver's license—documents essential for any car rental—CarWiz canceled my booking without a valid explanation. The refusal felt deliberately orchestrated.
Left with limited options and under time constraints, I was forced to book a car at a significantly higher price. This situation raises serious concerns that both CarJet and their partner agencies may profit from such scenarios, leveraging customers’ urgent needs to increase their revenues through inflated last-minute rates.
My advice: Stay cautious and avoid falling for CarJet’s seemingly low rental prices. The advertised savings may end up costing you more in frustration, wasted time, and higher rental charges. If you value transparency and reliability, consider alternative platforms that prioritize customer satisfaction over deceptive business practices.”

WORSE COMPANY EVER. WHAT A RIP OFF. Rip off they attract you with their low offers but then don't show you the details to get your car until after you pay and the. Their customer service never reply and basically steal your money!! Been one week no reply couldn't rent my rat and they owe me 109 euros. They contact me to get more info here but they can't even reply to the 3-4 emails I sent them. DO NOT USE THEM”
“I recently booked three cars through CarJet, but my experience turned into an absolute nightmare. Initially, a change I requested seemed to be accepted and processed. However, later on, CarJet reversed this modification in their system without informing me. To make matters worse, I had no proof of the change because they conveniently failed to provide any confirmation.
When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was met with complete indifference. They insisted on seeing a screenshot of the confirmation, knowing full well that no such evidence existed since they never provided one. Instead of addressing the issue or offering any kind of solution, they simply shrugged off their responsibility, leaving me out of pocket and stranded.
This company operates with shady and dishonest practices, preying on customers’ trust and refusing to own up to their mistakes. Their customer service is useless, unhelpful, and seemingly designed to avoid accountability.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of CarJet. They will take your money and leave you high and dry. There are far better rental companies out there that value their customers and operate with integrity. Don’t make the same mistake I did!”
“Used to be so good but I would never use these again. Lots of hidden fees. Left at the airport for and hour and half and then charged a late fee, which was twice what was quoted. CarJet do not even bother answering queries or complaints anymore. Avoid at all costs”

Spoke to Greenmotion in Spain explaining, told car cancelled! Lesson learned, shall not use for any future car hire! Hired car elsewhere, let them know flight late & car waiting when I got there. “A "rip off" broker rental agency that put us in the hands of Goldcar rental who did not have the car we had chosen it being early January when the demand is low. Separately, the full insurance we had paid CarJet wasn't fully recognised by Goldcar.”
“Don't use Carjet.com They work with local rental offices and DO NOT check if these are reliable ones. We just had the most horrible experience with Carjet renting a car from Right Cars / Apollo car rental in Athens airport. They try to set you out with a worn out car and upon arrival they tried to rip off money for a minor scratch made by us. We didn't. As a matter of fact, the whole cars had these minor scratches. We let the police come so they let us go. They didn't want to give the damage report of €300 because I didn't want to sign. Now they withdrew €995 of my creditcard with a damage report signed by a different person. Carjet must have known this, because now we are checking the reviews and all of them are bad for that particular local company! So Carjet does NOT look out for you!!

“Please don’t use this company it’s a complete scam .the car provider didn’t arrive at the Marrakesh airport even though I modified my booking and also didn’t pick me phone .i had to take a taxi which cost £26 .
The next day I called early in the morning which no one picked up it took the local car provider half a day to respond which was too late for me and also wasted a lot of my time .At 3pm he was far away from the hotel .so I had no choice but to look for alternative
When I got back I asked for deposit refund
But they are not willing to pay me back
