Car jet stole my money i tried canceling my reservation on time and they didnt refund me they stole all my money i paid to rent a car and stole the insurance money as well the are thief's and the company should be shut down by the police horrible customer service i was very polite the girl was very rude and shut the phone on my face when i asked to be refunded not recommended at all horrible people horrible business this is a very big scum they stealing peoples money as they stole my money

They are fraud and scammers. They don give you the car you booked and also they will not return you the deposit! I open a case to the police station and also to the Visa card company. Do not use their service!

These people showed me an automatic and I booked when I got to the car rental they said it’s manual, they wouldn’t refund me my deposit the girl over the customer care line was very rude and shut the phone on me.

Car jet has zero customer service. They make you pay in advance and you only find out when you arrive that carjet only exists in Spain. Be careful not to use carjet ever as they will take your money and not offer you a car.

Einfach katastrophal!!! Nie mehr in leben nie!! Hab ich bezahlt pauschal alles in DE !! In Flughafen Podgorica wollen sie pro Winter Reifen 5 e pro Tag das ist 20 e in Tag !! 8 Tage 110 e !! Pro Winter Kette 3 e in Tag pro Stück!! Kaution 500 e !! Und und und .... Danke nie mehr!!!

I have been waiting three months for my deposit back , I would never use them again and urge people to think twice about using this company especially Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport.

The website said they were at the airport , so I took the metro to the airport but the train was cancelled and we were put on buses for the airport , on arrival at the airport I could not find them anywhere . I telephoned and they said they were a few miles away and because I did not arrive by plane there was no pick up . So I paid for a taxi ( which would have been cheaper from my home ) . I then discovered they would not accept Visa debit just a credit card for a ridiculous amount of over one thousand pounds for a deposit . I asked them to take it from the visa debit but they couldn’t . They could however charge me double for the car and take a 500 pound deposit . The reason I was hiring a car was because my own car had broken down and would be in the garage for a few days and I needed it for work and caring for my elderly mother. So after they refused they then said I couldn’t even get my initial payment which I paid online with my visa debit card earlier that day because my pick up time was 35 minutes before I arrived . So I could pay the booking with a visa debit card but not the deposit . I was late because the website said they were at the airport and they weren’t so with the taxis , metro and buses I have paid £80 plus for nothing I could not work tonight so lost my pay as well . 1) Your website is misleading as it states airport 2) To not even refund my initial payment because I was late is just cruel and inconsiderate seeing I was at the airport on time just not at the car depot 3 ) To not give me the option to leave the deposit with a visa debit or offer that the deposit could be taken over the phone with another credit card was cruel as the staff knew I had to get to work They also knew that metros had been cancelled They did drive me crying to a bus stop tho

RUBBISH ! Read the small print. If you don’t have a credit card, you have to get the horrifically, expensive insurance, and at that point, you can’t cancel and get a refund. The rental cost us double for a service we didn’t want! Rubbish. Definitely do not recommend.

CarJet is a SCAM - I have not gotten confirmation. They took my deposit and nothing. Don’t fall for the cheaper pricing and do not pay in full, ever!

we didn't end up renting the car we booked via Car Jet because the local car rental company 'Right Cars rental car' in Izmir was a scam. They told us our credit card wouldn't work (but the Card definetly worked) and wanted us to pay more than 200 Euros extra on top of the price we already paid. The messy system of sub-companys at Car Jet makes it difficult to get the Money Back you paid in advance.

Very very bad trip. Carjet took my payment and confirmed the car but the local rent-a-car agency didn’t have the booking. I end up in the middle of a night at an airport in Bulgaria without a car. Don’t use those guys

I rented a car multiple times over the world and never was asked to put EUR2900 as a deposit. I did not expected it (it was written in the voucher but who reads it all?). To pay less deposit I was asked to pay almost double price per day then I originally paid. We ended up wasting time and money and have to take the bus anyway. Worst experience ever. My credit card didn't cover for 2,900 so I ended up loosing all the money for car rental and no car. Money went to carjet not to the rental company. No refund and no car. Worst experience ever!!!

I made a rental and paid for the car in advance and when I got to pick it up I didn't get the car because the OK mobility company didn't have any cars available, I was left without a car Carjet did nothing to find me another car. 👎

NEVER AGAIN !!! For a trip from Australia to Germany on September 21, 2023, I was looking for a full-size car using the CarJet portal according to the following criteria: Large enough for 3 large suitcases, 2 carry-on and hand luggage Comfortable because of our back problems Pick up and drop off at Frankfurt Airport Terminal 2 as we land and depart there. I was then offered a Ford Mondeo SW 5 from wheego for the period from October 11th to November 29th, 2023. This company advertises with offices in Terminal 1 AND 2. When we arrived in Frankfurt, we couldn't find a wheego office in Terminal 2. After researching, we found out that this office only exists in Terminal 1. We now had to make our way to Terminal 1 with our heavy and extensive luggage, confronted with a train, closed escalators and broken elevators. This was very tedious and took a lot of time. No wheego company could be found in the rental car area in Terminal 1. It was then explained to us that this was on a different level between all different businesses. Another tedious journey to the office as there were only 2 elevators to this level, one of which was broken and the other one was difficult to find and access. When we finally arrived we were told that they could give us a Peugeot 2, a SMALL CAR. When we pointed this out and presented our booking, it was explained that wheego had and never had no vehicles in the booked class. We pointed out that our booking was dated September 21st and they should have informed CarJet of the absence of this class. People weren't very interested in that and after loud discussions and almost 2 hours late, they "generously" gave us a VW T-Cross, also a small car. With great difficulty we stowed away our luggage and were finally able to leave. We were in a hurry because we had to go to the dock of our river cruise ship in Cologne the next day. That was about 300 KM with 2 friends (i.e. 4 people) and luggage. Very uncomfortable and tiring because some of the luggage had to be distributed on the seats and in the footwell. The chassis of the small car was anything but comfortable. The tire pressure indicator came on the very next day. The oil level sensor also signaled. The tire pressure was completely messed up, the engine oil level was at the absolute lowest level. I had to correct both because we had to drive to Cologne the following day. Since according to EU guidelines, vehicles should be equipped with winter tires from October 1st and this is also expressly confirmed in the rental agreement with wheego, I asked to be informed which tires are on the vehicle and, if necessary, to exchange them. There was no reaction to that. Immediately after the boat trip, I complained in writing to wheego and CarJet, especially since a wheego employee assured me during the handover that he would take care of the matter and also ensure that the price was adjusted. Nothing has happened until today. My various emails, setting a deadline. have not even been answered. For this reason, I would like to warn the public against entering into contracts with these two companies. My personal opinion is that cheating was intentional. The booking was accepted for a vehicle class that was not and never available. Pick-up was offered in Terminal 2 (Frankfurt), although there has NEVER been a wheego office there (statement wheego Frankfurt Airport). There's only one thing to do: KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF!!

Avoid this company ASAP. We booked a car in Nice with full payment online when came to pick up it to office there was not asigned a car because of lacking cars at that moment. Two months already passed by I haven’t received refund even no normal reaction. Claimed immediately the same day.

I have been waiting two months for my deposit back , all I get is excuses to why I haven’t been refunded . I would never use them again and urge people to think twice about using this company especially Heathrow airport branch , scammers

We paid the deposit and did not get this back! We called, they said they would check it. Now they ignore our calls.
