“Μεγάλη προσοχή στην ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου από αυτή την εταιρία.Σε πρόσφατη εμπειρία που είχα μαζί τους και ενώ είχα ασφαλίσει πλήρως το αυτοκίνητο, κατά τη μετάβαση μου στην εταιρεία που θα παραλάμβανα το όχημα εκβιαστικά θα έλεγα μου πρότειναν να ασφαλίσω ξανά το όχημα μου διότι κατά αυτόν τον τρόπο δεν θα είχα οποιαδήποτε επιβάρυνση -εμπλοκή της πιστωτικής μου κάρτας σε περίπτωση ζημιάς.Παρ'ολα αυτά η συγκεκριμένης επιλογή δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά στο site της εταιρείας.Στην προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας μαζί τους όπως θα διαπιστώσετε δεν υπάρχει κανένας τρόπος να έρθεις σε επαφή μαζί τους!!!!”

Have been calling them for over a month to resolve the issue but i just keep being told to wait. they also refuse to let you speak to a manager and can't even tell you what happens next. It has so far cost me over £20 just to call them for them to be very unhelpful and hang up on you

A la hora de recojer el vehico en Alamo no lo tenian disponible y me solicitaron una licencia internacional, como no la tenia no me entregaron el vehiculo y me cargaron los 16 dias de alquiler mas el seguro, la misma gente de Alamo y Hertz alquilan el mismo vehiculo sin ese requisito ya que yo presente una licencia de mi pais y me lo alquilaron sin problema.
seguro que ofrecen es a traves de un tercero que se encuentra en Malta y no proveen correo electronico ni telefono para contactarlos.
Si no quieren perder su dinero no utilicen estos estafadores, se valen de cualquier artimana para no cumplir y quedarse con todo el dinero.”
“Fraudsters! Do not I repeat do not use this company!! We had a car confirmed and they didn’t show up and left us stranded. Refusing to give a refund we are absolutely fuming with this service. We have paid money for nothing and on top of that had to pay premium price for an airport car as we were stranded. No helplines no numbers just an email refusing our refund requests. That’s one way to make to con people. Please be warned and go to a legit company”
“Used Car Jet services to get a car in Bulgaria. They send me to get the get the vehicle from BT Rent a car -Sofia , Bulgaria / Bul.Kapitan Dimitar Spisarevski 100 . Month and a half later I am still trying to get my deposit back to no avail... CARJET are not responding to my emails an BT RENT A CAR are telling me that the funds will be returned shortly with no results whatsoever... My advice to anyone using any of this companies... STAY AWAY...”
“BT rent a car, an agincy the website works with in Sofia Bulgaria stole my monay.
The deposit wasn't refonded, to my cerid card almost a month later, I have rented the car for less than 30 hours, and I returned it flawless.
Carjet isn't responding to my emails, although I get an automatic reply my email has been received!

“Think!!! Too good to be true. It is. Jet car is a broker. Third party. So many hidden costs. My £31 hire turned into £92. Had to pay for mileage as their limited mileage wasn’t enough. I paid for waiver insurance but it wasn’t accepted at the actual car hire place, So had to pay another £50 for that. (collection isn’t even at the airport). I could have hired from Enterprise for £60 and got like for like. So disappointed in myself for being suckered in. The only reason for the two stars is the guy handling the handover was patient with an extremely unhappy and dissatisfied customer.”
“absolute scandal staff was giving me wrong information or they didn’t explain very well very unprofessional.they said they ll take £650 not block.and they said if i do insurance with them they won’t take any money so they offered me another insurance and they said if any accident happened you have to pay yourself with your insurance company so couldn’t trust them and refused the car.also when I phoned them from airport for meeting they said me they already picked me up from airport which is not.than they said pick you up in 10 minutes but waiting them for an hour. “please be careful with this car rental company. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Not helpful and rude. Very poor English. The customer service gentleman misled me and my reservation was canceled because of him. I received neither the car nor my money back. I do not recommend !”

we arrived to pick our car up? We were charged a further 105 euros for insurance. I'd already purchased premium insurance when booking the car. We were told that if we were in an accident we would have to stay in the country for 5 days. If we pay this money then we wouldn't need to stay for 5 days. Very disappointed with the service. No one was there to meet us at the airport as stated in the email we stood for an hour waiting, we are several people. If they've heard of this company, no one had heard of it. My husband went all over the airport to try and find them nothing. then when we did phone they said they were coming and get us. No one came to get us. They phoned back We were told to go to Terminal 2. We waited there and eventually a man walked towards us a Very abrupt and rude man. The car was disgusting. It had all dents on the side of it. The warning light was on, one of the head lights not working which we didn't notice until the next night would never use this company again. Why was it not stated that I would need to pay further insurance? SCAM Had this been the case? I would not have chose this company. I believe I have been scammed and I have requested and I will be contacting my bank. Also when we questioned all the dents scratches etc. The guy just shrugged his shoulders and nothing marked on the paperwork. There was a burn inside on seat. Very intimidating and threatening actions. Most definitely will not use this company again. We were too frightened to question anything. They were so intimidating like mobsters. When we did return the car they didn't even check it over. Scary. Oh and it's not card yet you get your car from. It's a company called surprice car rentals Montenegro”
