“Worse experience ever. Carjet charged us extra to take an insurance only for the car vendor to request we pay an additional 340 pounds for a car we already paid carjet insurance for. Carjet said it’s too late to get a refund and the customer service guy dropped the car when we asked for an explanation for the extra insurance we paid on their website. Total scam. Better to go directly to the provider.”
“I rent a car in Dubai via carjet and had really bad experience. The car was old, no navigation, bad quality and not safe. I would not recommend to anyone.
To pick up and return I had big problems and cost over 2 hours to meet the person at airport.”

“Terrible Experience – No Customer Support When Needed
I had an extremely disappointing experience with CARJET. After booking a car through their platform, I encountered an issue at the rental desk (EASIRENT) that prevented me from collecting the car.
I immediately tried to contact CARJET for assistance — I called twice and both times their phone line was turned off. I also tried to use the online chat but waited more than 10 minutes without ever being connected to anyone. There was absolutely no support available when I needed it most.
Because of the lack of customer service, I lost the full amount I paid and was left without a car. CARJET was completely unreachable in a critical situation.
I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with them. If anything goes wrong, you will be left alone without any help.”
“Well in advance, we have booked a family-size car online for a little over $400 for 8 days in Miami. The rental voucher clearly stated everything was paid for, including insurance. Upon our arrival to the rental facility (which was not easy to find), they wanted to charge us almost 4 times the initial price!!! We left, hence, losing our deposit of $150, and rented from Alamo for $700, same car size. Will never book again through CarJet, a bunch of crooks!”

“How we wish we had read all these reviews before we booked! We realised we had put the wrong date into the booking after we had paid and went to amend it (literally 10 minutes after!) and there was a disclaimer on the booking to say "no amendments/ no cancellations / no refunds" - so we went directly to the company the car was coming from. In this case, it was Green Motion at Gatwick. We told them we would be 24 hours later than we had put on the booking. You'd think this would be enough... We arrived at 12pm on the day we stated and the employee told us they'd given the car to another customer at 2pm the previous day as we were a "no-show".
No phone call. No "where were you?" but because they don't get their money from Car Jet until the booking is settled, they obviously don't care.
So we've essentially paid for two weeks of a car we don't have - with no way to contact Car Jet AT ALL and no recourse from Green motion. So we have to go down the credit card company route. this is appalling. How are they even still in business?”
“Not happy. The price was right. Did not complete booking but they managed to book two cars in my name. There was one number different on both contracts. It wasn’t until I rang airport direct that I was told there was two cars booked in my name. That phone number on website does not work. I would rather pay more and have confidence in my booking”
“I am writing regarding a refund request for the prepayment made for a car rental under the above-mentioned booking reference.
When attempting to collect the reserved vehicle, I was denied the car rental service on the grounds that my international driver's license allegedly did not meet the requirements. However, I would like to point out that immediately after this incident, I was able to successfully rent a car from another rental company using the exact same driver's license without any issues.
Given that the service was not provided due to an unjustified reason, I kindly request:”

“Be careful. I booked a car in Malta. They decided to cancel my reservation and gave the car to others due to I was 5 hours delay. But not because of en, but because plane delay. So had really bad experience with that company which relay on OK Mobility company. Do be careful as well with OK Mobility company”
