Absolutely disgusting customer service. Very unprofessional unhelpful and lack any sense of humility . We just wanted to change the name of booking to my wife’s name as she has credit card they don’t help you and use the no change policy to their full advantage. Paying on arrival: Another 160€ hidden costs
This company let me pay on site a second insurance (thats problem i know from other carrentals) but this time they didnt give me the 50€ from the first payed insurance back, even that they have to because it was a upgrate. They told me they cant, because i "started" my booking. Plus they charged for petrol 50€ extra for a half tank, but on the island you cannot drive so much and it would be a way cheaper, if i would fill the petrol myself (1.35€/L).
Not that it would be enough, they charged another 25€ for return the car on weekends, you couldnt see that amount on the onlinebooking when i filled in the dates of pick up and return.
To say it clear, the people in this company are racketeer, let the fingers from them and does not support them as well.”

They sell fraudulent insurance advertised as "100% covered" and "Platinum Excess Waiver."
I got stuck in a snow ditch and needed towing assistance, only to discover their insurance has hidden clauses. It only covers towing back to their branch or garage after an accident—no roadside assistance! I also wasted a full month chasing after this claim while having to file everything by myself. When I talked to Carjet agents on the phone, they outright said, "There is nothing we can help you" (even on their website said you are "100% fully covered"). When I responded that it seemed like you don't need to do business with me anymore, the agent admitted, "Yes." This shows they’re just money grabbers and don’t expect any return customers.
All I can suggest is : Stay away from this fraudulent business and use the insurance product directly from the rental company—you will have a much better experience and don't have regret like me for sure!!!”

“I recently booked three cars through CarJet, but my experience turned into an absolute nightmare. Initially, a change I requested seemed to be accepted and processed. However, later on, CarJet reversed this modification in their system without informing me. To make matters worse, I had no proof of the change because they conveniently failed to provide any confirmation.
When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was met with complete indifference. They insisted on seeing a screenshot of the confirmation, knowing full well that no such evidence existed since they never provided one. Instead of addressing the issue or offering any kind of solution, they simply shrugged off their responsibility, leaving me out of pocket and stranded.
