Got an upgrade ( Audi) without even asking.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.
We asked for an automatic car on diesel but we got it on gas , not a big deal.
However my husband noticed at some point that the car didn't have a spare tire!!! Luckily we didn't need it but a spare in any car is an absolute MUST !!!!”
“Wij hebben een hele goede ervaring. De website was heel duidelijk en we hebben een auto gehuurd zonder de extra verzekering. De dag voor we naar Kefalonia vertrokken kregen we nog een app hoe we naar het verhuur bedrijf moesten lopen. Daar hebben we het resterende bedrag gewoon met onze ING pas betaalt. De bagage werd netjes in onze auto gezet. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Met terug brengen ook totaal geen problemen. Na het lezen van alle slechte recensies kneep ik hem wel, maar alles is super goed verlopen. Misschien ligt het aan de bestemming?”
“What l load of con merchants. I paid £86 deposit for the car. Got a taxi to the airport where they picked us up. Got to the office and because I didn’t have enough credit on my credit card. I couldn’t leave the £1500 deposit. They did take us back to the airport in Madeira
I tried to get my deposit back as I didn’t even get a car in the end

If you need to cancel your booking, you must request this before the collection time on your rental voucher.
Unfortunately, once the hire period has already started we aren’t able to cancel your booking. “
As I said didn’t end up getting a car. No response to emails on numerous occasions”
“I have booked a car with carJet in Cyprus but after reading all the reviews decided not to risk it and cancel. Cancelled 3 hours before pick up, cancellation was easy and 3 days later they returned all the money I paid. Wish I tried to actually rent a car from them, probably would’ve been fine.”
“I can not fault this company. I booked the car online and was very apprehensive after reading the reviews. They were polite and professional and was given a free upgrade to a soft top vehicle. After me arriving late at their Larnaca depot I was met by a lovely young man who took me to the airport immediately.
I will definitely be booking with you again when I return in September 😀
My only regret was that I didn’t hire a car when I first arrived as it allowed to see some beautiful places I would not have seen without the car. Thank you”
“Booked thru CarJet & it was a third the price of anything I could get direct in the UK
Was a bit anxious when CArJet was actually renting thru Europcar, Glasgow Airport, but the rep there reassured us it was fine. I had car for a month and no issues & the deposit which had been held on card was released & everything was great
Customer service with Europcar was brilliant as I had issues with a "Busgate" lane & called them a couple of times

“I rented a car from Carjet and I had no problem. When I went to pick up the car they tried to make me dizzy at the car rental office but I kindly said no. Later when I returned the car they tried to make me pay for a damage that the car already had but I had photos and I showed them that it was not me. You have to be careful with the offices because they have nothing to do with the online comparator.”
