“Never rent a car from this company. They didn't accept my official cancelation in their agent office and didn't refund my money. There are two guys in charge of responding emails. They repeat a few meaningless sentences to regret for not refunding likke" the agent didn't announce us the cancelation " or " as your rental condition was not satisfied, no refund will be done " . They repeat these sentences in every other email to exhaust you.”

“At our arrival at Orlando airport we were contacted by the local manager to arrange transportation to the car. That proactive initiative was very helpful. The shuttle bus did not arrive so I contacted the manager again and without any discussion he came and priced us up in our rental. He mentioned some vibrations and decided to upgrade us. At our return we wanted to change the time a couple of hours forward. Another contact with the manager via WhatsApp. No extra cost. Well done! Happy customers.”

“We have just had 6 weeks touring Britain with a Carjet Green Motion -picked up an Kia Estate rental car from their Docklands depot. The internet booking from Australia was easy. I got the pick up time wrong (4 days late) and was charged additional £150. However, given that the rental is about 60% of the cost of sheets etc - I did not quibble. We had a flat tyre in North England - cars here don’t carry spares - so instead of a quick change in 30 minutes we wasted 7 hours of our precious time waiting for the RAC - not the fault of Carjet - just the national system. Dropping off the vehicle was no trouble. I have heard horror stories of the rental company finding the tiniest scratches and charging a thousand pound. Nothing like that happened. All in all we were very happy with the trip.”

I had my appointment at 8:00 am. ( to pick up the car at the airport).
I arrived there 20 min before 8:00 just in case if anything.
When I arrived at the airport I tried to call the contact number, and no answer.
After so many attempts finally at 8:10 am I spoke to this RUDE guy who said… “ wait 10 to 7 min, and someone will be there” …. After 10 min NOBODY show up! I called again and he said that apparently I wasn’t there! And they left (which is a lie).
I called the second contact ( phone number ) and it was a voice mail from Spain! So at the end of the day it was useless!
Thanks to him! I missed my tour, I lost my deposit money and he ruined our morning…

“We booked the rental car through CarJet before reading many bad reviews about their bad experience with CarJet. I was worried for a while and we had rang up directly to Hertz in Marrakech to double check before we arrived there and asked them if they got my hubby’s name on their registration. They confirmed us that they got my hubby’s name and the exact model car of Geely, a fabulous car. Till then we picked up our exact model of our car, Geely from the start till the end of holiday. No issues with car. Whew 😥”

Pick up the car in Munich airport in terminal from OK MOBILITY without hassle, quick and simple.
Got an upgrade ( Audi) without even asking.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.
We asked for an automatic car on diesel but we got it on gas , not a big deal.
However my husband noticed at some point that the car didn't have a spare tire!!! Luckily we didn't need it but a spare in any car is an absolute MUST !!!!”

De dag voor we naar Kefalonia vertrokken kregen we nog een app hoe we naar het verhuur bedrijf moesten lopen. Daar hebben we het resterende bedrag gewoon met onze ING pas betaalt. De bagage werd netjes in onze auto gezet. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Met terug brengen ook totaal geen problemen. Na het lezen van alle slechte recensies kneep ik hem wel, maar alles is super goed verlopen. Misschien ligt het aan de bestemming?”
“What l load of con merchants. I paid £86 deposit for the car. Got a taxi to the airport where they picked us up. Got to the office and because I didn’t have enough credit on my credit card. I couldn’t leave the £1500 deposit. They did take us back to the airport in Madeira

As I said didn’t end up getting a car. No response to emails on numerous occasions”
“I have booked a car with carJet in Cyprus but after reading all the reviews decided not to risk it and cancel. Cancelled 3 hours before pick up, cancellation was easy and 3 days later they returned all the money I paid. Wish I tried to actually rent a car from them, probably would’ve been fine.”
