“TERRIBLE- took our money and didn’t have a car for us when we travelled out of our way to pick it up from them. Made us wait for over an hour with no solution. Never refunded our money back. Won’t reply back to NUMEROUS emails. It has been months now. Terrible!!!”
“Run away. The service is not at all attentive to the customer. Booking is quick, sure, but the slightest problem won't refund you. There's no way to contact them except using the stupid chatbots.
Another point, if you still want to take the risk, choose the rental agency carefully behind. CarJet collaborates with scammers like United Rent, the Apollo agency in Greece. Avoid them they are real experienced scammers.”
“Avoid CarJet at all costs. They hide important terms on the last pages of the documents, making it easy for customers to miss them. I lost €150 simply because I wanted to pick up the car 1.5 hours later. No reminder, no flexibility, no fairness – just a company looking to take your money.”
“Not recommended. They don't give refunds and there is no support. I booked a car in Heraklion, Greece, and I paid for the highest insurance they offer. When I went to collect the car, they didn't accept my credit card for the deposit, even though with the highest insurance you don't need a deposit. Then I contacted the company to cancel my reservation, and they replied that they didn't want to give my money back (in the contract was stated that if you cancel before the collection you get the refund). They also never answered the phone and replied to my email only once and never again. Now I have to contact the police station in Spain and Greece and try to get my money back. My advice: If you want to avoid troubles like this , don't trust third-party companies and book directly with the rental companies. If you check more reviews you will understand what I mean.”

“The worst.If you don’t like the start of your hard earned holiday being ridiculously stressful, then whatever you do, avoid these awful people. I can’t put in to words how rude and unhelpful they are. No car, no refund despite the fact they had given the car to someone else. Ended up having to find a competitor who kindly stayed open later so that we could sort something and make it to our accommodation.”

“Car was booked on carjet.com for Budget in Austria. However Budget did not give car as they did not have a car to rent out. Carjet is not refunding payment and even though we sent all supporting document of cancellation, an automated response comes saying the rental period has started and they can’t do anything. the system should not have allowed a car booking if car is not available.”
“One of the worst companies I have dealt with, too many lies, too many hidden payments, for example when you book shows you the age up to 69 years, then when you receive the car if your are 50 years and older you have to pay extra 15€ per day, they inform you if you buy full insurance coverage with them will be cheaper, when you receive the car the rental car do not consider wha you purchased, they inform you if some things happen you will be charged then you have to apply to Car Jet to get your money back, they indicate the rental car office in the Airport terminal, but you have to wait and communicate for not less than an hour for someone to pick you up and drive to an office out of the airport. I will never ever rent a car through Car Jet company.”
