I purchased a vehicle that needed a part from Japan as it was an Infiniti. I waited patiently for months for this part to arrive and be repaired. My husband and I called and spoke to every manager and communicated with the salesman and other salesman the status of the arrival of part, repair, and delivery timeframe. Prior to purchasing the vehicle we mentioned in October 2021 a trip to California is planned until November 8. As they were not certain of the arrival date of the part, the salesman said it was fine. I asked if I could pay in full for the vehicle, drive it home and when the part came in I would come in for the repair. Jake said no. For some reason, Jake was the boss of us and texts messages show the aggression that began to take place. While away the part came in, Jake called my husband and stated to pick up the car by tonight knowing he was in California and Chester Springs is in Pennsylvania. We spoke to Anthony and Greg both managers that said everything was fine. Greg and I set a date and time for a pick up. I asked him if I can pay the car in full. Due to the Airlines, the flight back was cancelled in Dallas. My husband called and reset the date for Monday Oct 25, 2021. Sunday I texted the salesman to let him know we will be picking the vehicle up the next morning. No reply. We arrived 1 hr before CarShop opened. I walked the entire lot. I was told when they opened the previous Thursday they decided to put my car up for re-sale on the internet and it was transferred to another CarShop in Hatboro and sold Saturday October 23, 2021. The day of my pickup with my plates as Greg the manager and I discussed new PA plates. I have been paying insurance on this vehicle for 2 months. I am stranded. They tried to point the finger at my husband and I saying we did not communicate with Jake and he was in control, though times he was busy or off. They use their personal cell phones not the Company Phones stating CarShop incoming call. We honestly were pains constantly calling. This was a cold and callous act. They want to blame their bosses. We shall see bc no one contacted my husband or myself and said the vehicle is up for re-sale on the internet as of Thursday Oct 21,2021. There quality in cars have declined since the name change. They show them dirty and not ready for sale. If this vehicle was ready for sale, this would not have happened. Be careful of buying a vehicle that is not detailed or needs repair and they take your money. Then of course you believe you bought a car that’s getting repaired and waiting over a month for the repairs to be completed. Then Jake demanded immediate pickup while we were in California not on vacation. Seek other places such as either a dealership or Auto Lenders etc. I have been a customer of carSense multiple times, all fine. If you deal with them, make certain you leave with the vehicle, if it’s in need of repair, it can turn into a mess and like me stranded without a vehicle, loss time. Good luck to everyone if you work with the company.
