Originally the service was great, lovely people and the car looked great. We were told it had been previously owned but was ‘in great condition’. Turns out we paid £8000 for a car with worn down brake pads that squeak, aircon that doesn’t work and a steering wheel that creaks when you turn it. They never took responsibility for the issues, they took the car in a few times but said there were no issues. We’ve been told we need to have the aircon serviced and the brakes are 70% worn down which means we have to pay to have them fixed. We also had to pay for the antifreeze to be replaced when we first bought it after finding out it wasn’t working and if it had gotten to winter without being changed it could’ve caused a lot of damage.
