Totally misled!
Purchased a VW Polo.
I was emailed a video of the car but the staff failed to mention nor notify me of a 1 inch tear in the back seat.
I have emailed Ben @ Swindon twice & received no reply.
As a result, I have contacted my lawyers & we will be taking CarShop to a small claims court to receive costs to replace the back seat cover due to the tear.
