Bought a ford hybrid 2.5 auto 2021. Quite satisfied with the car. I traded it with my Vovo which they offered me £5500 , when it came to settling the deal they reduced it by£1500 & they wouldn't budge. I went ahead with the deal because l was happy with the ford and it was difficult to find another model. I was in the show room for 5 hours before the car was ready, what a shocking service, avoid car shop Patchway Bristol.
