I ordered a pair of black pants 1XWT, the order listed the correct size as did the packaging when the order was received. When I opened the package to try on the pants they were clearly too big and the size listed in the pants showed 2XWT. I went to the website to have the pants exchanged for the correct size. To my surprise, not as listed on the packaging or the FAQ, I was told by the customer service rep that I had to return the pants for a refund, pay $11 to return them at my expense and reorder the pants after they refunded me the cost of the pants. This is plain robbery! Very disappointed with the order and service.
