I have been a Catherines customer since the 1990's! I am so disappointed with how the customer service has gone down. Don't tell me you will do something and then don't do it! I ordered a dress with a jacket and only recieved the jacket. I was told I would get a return shipping label for the jacket and when they got the jacket I would get a gift card. This was no fault of mine. I did not recieve anything to make the return. I will not spend any more money at Catherines and I will tell everyone I knownot to; also! I do understand that you don't care but it is my right to state how I feel.
