Centrepoint is by far the WORST online store I’ve ever dealt with, probably the worst in the entire universe. Their customer service is a complete joke. They keep lying, claiming I was “not reachable,” when every other company, including Noon and Amazon, contacted me without a single issue. I received all my other orders with no hassle. So what exactly is Centrepoint’s excuse? If you need something urgently, DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, rely on Centrepoint. In fact, don’t even consider them as a last resort. You might not receive your order at all, and if you do, good luck getting something that actually matches what was advertised. They’ve wasted my time, ruined what was supposed to be a special gift, and instead of taking responsibility, they just keep sending copy-paste excuses. Pathetic service, zero accountability, and an overall miserable experience. Regret every bit of trusting this store.
