“I’m in Kuwait .The customer service is very weak.They never answer calls or even respond to messages. The orders never come on time and the drivers never inform in advance that they will be late. They just call the next day of the declared time and there’s no way to communicate with them or the customer service.”

“The online checkout shows less amount but when otp comes the amount increased. What a fraud!!!! Beware! It used to be a good online shop but not any more. The vouchers we won on the site doesn't work and shukran points disappeared in ramadan..what a bunch of online thieves!!!”
