"Centrepoint is by far the WORST online store I\u2019ve ever dealt with, probably the worst in the entire universe. Their customer service is a complete joke. They keep lying, claiming I was \u201cnot reachable,\u201d when every other company, including Noon and Amazon, contacted me without a single issue. I received all my other orders with no hassle. So what exactly is Centrepoint\u2019s excuse?\r\nIf you need something urgently, DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, rely on Centrepoint. In fact, don\u2019t even consider them as a last resort. You might not receive your order at all, and if you do, good luck getting something that actually matches what was advertised.\r\nThey\u2019ve wasted my time, ruined what was supposed to be a special gift, and instead of taking responsibility, they just keep sending copy-paste excuses. Pathetic service, zero accountability, and an overall miserable experience. Regret every bit of trusting this store."

They refused to give me the delivery guy\u2019s number or even tell me where my product was. From yesterday they kept saying \u201cit will be delivered soon.\u201d\r\n\r\nI called their customer care more than 15 times, begged them to help me, even cried on the phone asking if I could go and collect it myself \u2013 but they never gave me any solution. They just kept skipping my situation like it was nothing.\r\n\r\nThis is not just a late delivery. This was my dream opportunity after 3+ months of being jobless. I didn\u2019t even have the full money to pay, still I managed it using Tabby because that job interview was that important for me. I was waiting for this chance for 2 years, and because of their careless team, I lost it.\r\n\r\nI really suggest everyone: please, please, please don\u2019t use their service not online, not offline.
