“Centrepoint is by far the WORST online store I’ve ever dealt with, probably the worst in the entire universe. Their customer service is a complete joke. They keep lying, claiming I was “not reachable,” when every other company, including Noon and Amazon, contacted me without a single issue. I received all my other orders with no hassle. So what exactly is Centrepoint’s excuse?
If you need something urgently, DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, rely on Centrepoint. In fact, don’t even consider them as a last resort. You might not receive your order at all, and if you do, good luck getting something that actually matches what was advertised.
They’ve wasted my time, ruined what was supposed to be a special gift, and instead of taking responsibility, they just keep sending copy-paste excuses. Pathetic service, zero accountability, and an overall miserable experience. Regret every bit of trusting this store.”
“The Worst Experience of My Life – Please Don’t Ever Use Their Service
I ordered a suit on Thursday, 11th Sept 2025 at 4 PM because I had my final job interview the next morning at 9 AM. The app showed “Arriving Today” so I trusted them.
At night they told me I would get it before 8 AM Friday morning, but when I called in the morning they said it’s “out for delivery.” Till now, I never received it. They refused to give me the delivery guy’s number or even tell me where my product was. From yesterday they kept saying “it will be delivered soon.”
I called their customer care more than 15 times, begged them to help me, even cried on the phone asking if I could go and collect it myself – but they never gave me any solution. They just kept skipping my situation like it was nothing.
This is not just a late delivery. This was my dream opportunity after 3+ months of being jobless. I didn’t even have the full money to pay, still I managed it using Tabby because that job interview was that important for me. I was waiting for this chance for 2 years, and because of their careless team, I lost it.
I really suggest everyone: please, please, please don’t use their service not online, not offline. They are the worst team I ever dealt with.
This is not just bad service. This is destroying a customer’s trust, money, and life opportunity.”

The worst app ever! I purchased an item that I needed for an event only because it said next day delivery. I even opted for the store pick up because I didn't want any delays with the delivery company. I called twice and no one could tell me where my order was. Then I receive an SMS an midnight telling me the order is ready for collection. I ask if I can keep the order and still get my refund as some kind of compensation and the call centre says no, we don't offer any compensation for service issue. This was only one affordable item, not a selection of items, and still nothing can be done to assist me or offer some kind of apology. Not the first time I've experienced this service from Centrepoint. Delete the app if you have it, not worth the trouble. They don't know what customer service is.”
“I’m in Kuwait .The customer service is very weak.They never answer calls or even respond to messages. The orders never come on time and the drivers never inform in advance that they will be late. They just call the next day of the declared time and there’s no way to communicate with them or the customer service.”
