I recently purchased a Premium 3.5m cantilever parasol for the 2nd time, due to the original not looking its best after 3 years, and no spare parts or replacement cover available.
Again, the box arrived with significant damage but fortunately the parasol was OK. The box and packing are not sufficient for such a large, heavy item. It would be nice if covers were available, especially when its just 8 small screws to remove the old cover, a simple DIY job. Otherwise, a great parasol and well-constructed.
