Great customer service & great product! I used a friend's and really loved it. Bought mine and convinced another friend to get one. I sometimes wish a small ping would happen when they were ready and my batteries didn't feel like they were lasting long, but I'm getting a new big vape battery. I used my friend's and that one lasted longer so I think this new battery I'm gonna get will solve that for me.
