Can’t give a five star yet....we shall see on the next purchase. Tried for 2 weeks to get the glass cylinder. Finally after a few conversations with Amanda, she got things together and found out there were tech issues with the online purchase. Was told to try again, lo an behold, I was able to get the replacement ! Now I am my old self again happy an Vapin away ! Thank you Amanda. Support was superior ! Happy Highlodays to you all.
