On one hand I am reasonably sure that the company delayed shipping for 2 weeks because I've made an order from Russia, on the other hand from the previous experiences and after managing to talk to someone on the phone - they do provide excellent support. I still don't know why my previous account got deleted and why they didn't trust me despite the fact that I bought from them before, but overall - they do provide good shopping and support experiences.
