I got the hydrology9 unit elsewhere online and had a problem that is being resolved as we speak. Very solid products! And sexy AF! The flavor is amazing! Compared to my Firefly 2+ it's about the same... Even better actually because the great flavor hits keep coming... for more hits than my Firefly2+. The main thing is it gets me extremely medicated! With very little to no throat pain! **Customer service is on top of it! Replacement parts being sent! Solid product and a solid team to back it! Much love✌🏻 ***Update- I received my replacement parts today only 3 days after they knew what was going on. Nothing but love for these guys and the hydrology9! Because of how solid the case and unit are and cloudious9 for banking the product, I will buy a hydrology9 NX in the future.
