This is my third purchase of the Atomic 9 Vaporizer. All 3 have worked splendidly. The first one I purchased is nearing the end of its useful life that's why I purchased the third one. I had a small problem with the first one (I wasn't using the device properly) and Domenic in customer svc send me out a replacement free of charge. I thought that was awesome customer svc on his part !! The shipping times on these orders has always been super fast!!
