I love the product. I have purchased 4 over the course of the last few years. IMO it is the best dry herb vaporizer on the market. It's sleek& compact design makes it amazing. The only issue I have is that they should be using metal for the hinge instead of plastic as that is where mine always breaks years later down the road.
