The site itself is great. It’s easy to find things and get information on all your products . The product itself I’m not that happy with. I bought the new vaporizer and I just don’t love it like I thought I would. The shovel to help scoop stuff in is terrible and loose and doesn’t work very well. The power button is in a terrible spot and hard to press quickly to turn on. 1-5 scale on this piece I give it a 2
