Very happy with my purchase. I got the Hydroxology 9 and loved it. But I decided I wanted the Hydroxology 9 NX for both flower or concentrate. Customer service was easy to work with. I love the fact that you can try an item for 14 days. This gave me the time to really try my product and decide it was the right fit for me. Also I have a visual impairment and there are a few more parts to the Hydroxology 9 than my other flower vape but I do not have an issue taking it apart and reassembling it. The hit is so smooth. I would definitely recommend Cloudious 9.
