This is my third Cloudious9 and I couldn't be more happy. I use mine daily and it has never failed me. The staff in service is amazing. They respect and honor any questions and the integrity of their product. I had to have a part replaced and they took care of it almost instantly. While cleaning is a bit involved, the Cloudious9 is an amazing product. It reduces harshness and produces a smooth inhale. I couldn't recommend it more!
