I bought this tectonic9 grinder from these guys and it was a great purchase, some time later the motor went out and I reached out to see if they had any solutions and they went above and beyond to help me out and immediately sent me out a replacement unit!! I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Cloudious9, other companies could and should learn from watching you. Thanks for doing business as it should be done.
