I ordered a replacement glass for my Hydrology9 NX. Purchasing process was easy and streamlined. The delivery timing was excellent. However, the wrong product was shipped. Instead of what I ordered, a Carti9 arrived. I got a hold of customer service. Theu said theu are fixing the problem and shipping the correct item, but no i wait for another week. 😮💨
