I give Hydrology 9 a 4.5. It would be a 5 if the herb chamber was bigger. I only rate my ordering experience as 4 because the shipping defaulted to a $41 option for a $27 purchase. If the herb chamber was 2 times the size it is now I would give the Hydrology 9 a 10 out of 5.
Here's an update: Cloudious refunded $33 of my shipping costs. Their customer service is excellent. I now give them a 5 out of 5. Wish I could give them a 10 for customer service!
