The customer service is beyond excellent. Quick response and very professional. Very nice people to work with.
The Cloudious9 itself is the best I've ever used. I found some dried up buds that fell on the floor during the trimming process and just for the heck of it I loaded them in to the cloudious9 and tried them out. I was so surprised that they didn't taste harsh at all. I love this thing and have recommended it to friends who have also purchased one and are very happy with it.
It's a great product.
