This is a marvelous product. I don't like "smoking" as it is hard on my throat. I can't seem to master edibles. There is no harshness on inhale. The only drawback to that is I can't gauge how much I'm getting so I've had a bit much once in a while. I had problems getting the thing to work. It was user error. I called and Dominic walked me through and problems gone. My only real issue with this is that the phone number is buried in the website (go to the return exchange page). This has solved my gift giving issues for some f my cousins. Thank you for Cloudious9!
